To access the Services offered by dddjl, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously held a dddjl Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

dddjl reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any player at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. By registering and accessing dddjl, you represent and warrant that none of the above disqualifying conditions apply to you. dddjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dddjl Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

5.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the dddjl platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the player has selected a cryptocurrency payment pathway. dddjl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. For cryptocurrency transactions, standard blockchain network fees apply and are the player's responsibility.

dddjl offers promotional bonuses, free credits, reload offers, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Money Laundering: Using the dddjl platform to launder proceeds of crime or to process funds in violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended).

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human player.

dddjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity on the Account;
• Risk management decisions made at dddjl's sole discretion in connection with abnormal betting patterns;
• At dddjl's discretion where continued operation of the Account presents regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Where closure results from a Terms violation, dddjl reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation.
